Last weekend, I spent time with Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex.
🦋
No, not in person—I’ve never met her.
But I did spend time with her new Netflix show, *With Love, Meghan*.
And to my surprise, I walked away with a few meaningful takeaways:
✨ Being intentional in my relationships
✨ Letting go of perfection
✨ Finding beauty in the everyday
The show itself feels like an experience—one that encourages slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and savoring life’s simple pleasures.
Gardening, cooking, and spending time with loved ones take center stage. It’s a refreshing break from the noise of everyday life, a quiet invitation to embrace what truly matters.
For some, this lifestyle is aspirational. For others, it’s attainable. And for me? It’s a gentle reminder to find joy in the little things.
Of course, some critics argue that the show feels out of touch at times. But wasn’t Martha Stewart’s lifestyle brand the same decades ago?
The real question is: why is a certain section of the press so determined to tear her down?
She’s still Meghan. This version of her is reminiscent of her days with *The Tig*—curating beauty, sharing inspiration, and embracing authenticity. The only difference? She’s a little wiser, a little more at peace.
And if showing her happiness is a problem for some, that says more about them than it does about her.
As for me? I’ll be here watching, appreciating, and cheering her on.
As ever, thank you for being here. Until next time, be kind to yourself and others, and take care!
